While we cannot guarantee the weather we hope that the events we are promoting will take place on nice sunny days. That being the case, you should take care to be Sun Smart:
It is also important that you stay well hydrated when taking part in sports and activities. Particular care is need on hot and sunny days. Please always take water with you to drink.

- Spend time in the shade between 11:00am and 3:00pm.
- Make sure you never burn.
- Aim to cover up with a T-shirt, hat and sunglasses.
- Remember to take extra care with children.
- Then use factor 15+ sunscreen.
